These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between Sign-Maker.co and its customers.

  1. Agreement to Terms
    Sign-Maker.co agrees to fulfill customer requirements in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer and confirmed in writing. These terms cover all contracts, orders, and arrangements made between Sign-Maker.co and the customer, including repeat or new orders.

  2. Orders and Payments
    Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, listed at checkout, but do not accept cheques. Title or ownership of goods remains with Sign-Maker.co until payment in full is received and funds are cleared.

  3. Order Modifications
    If you wish to change any aspect of your order (e.g., design or artwork), please submit a written request. Sign-Maker.co will endeavor to make requested changes, but reserves the right to charge for additional costs incurred. Changes to an order may also impact the estimated delivery timeframe. Production on any revised artwork will begin only after receiving written approval from the customer.

  4. Design and Intellectual Property
    All intellectual property rights for designs remain with Sign-Maker.co and cannot be reproduced without authorization. An artwork release fee of £50 may apply if you wish to obtain the rights to any custom designs created as part of your order.

  5. Shipping & Returns
    Most of our products are bespoke and personalized, so we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. Any returns for non-defective items are at the sole discretion of Sign-Maker.co. Please refer to our return policy for details.

  6. Order Refusal and Content Guidelines
    Sign-Maker.co reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion, including but not limited to orders with:

    • Offensive words, slogans, or images
    • Content containing copyrighted material
    • Unauthorised reproduction of copyrighted phrases or graphics

    Orders for customized or personalized goods cannot be canceled once production has started. Unprinted or undecorated goods may be subject to restocking fees if cancellation is requested.

  7. Discount Codes
    Some discount codes may not apply to certain deals, bundles, or promotions. The use of discount codes is at Sign-Maker.co’s discretion and may be limited to certain items or categories.

  8. Legal Jurisdiction
    Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by English law. This policy does not limit or reduce the customer’s statutory rights in any way.
